- Presentation at QUIG, 2000. Becoming a computer-assisted
researcher.

This short article was originally written as an appendix to my dissertation,
to help orient my committee to this software program. It has been adapted

and web design

Originally in New directions for adult and continuing education,
reprinted by ERIC in Distance learning and web-based training. The
full citations are in my resume, and
the editor of the New directions issue has posted my bibliography
and links to other chapters.
- Short article, 1997, on "EPSS, intranets, and interface design
issues" for an internal NCR newsletter. (I interned for NCR in
Dayton during the summer of 1996).
- Presentation at AECT, 1997. User interface design for an EPSS:
the TIPS system.
- Pre-conference workshop at AECT, 1997 (with others). Developing
an electronic performance support system for distribution on the World-Wide
Web.
- Presentation for internal conference sponsored by NCR (with others),
1996. Interface and content: Designing an electronic performance
support system.
- The PETS (Performance, education, and training support) project,
1995. The EPSS resources
site was developed in conjuction with this project, and I presented
(with others) at an internal conference sponsored by Department of Veteran
Affairs.
